OIIS Successfully Delivered & Officially Accepted

Dallol Tech PLC has successfully completed and officially delivered the Oromia Integrated Information System (OIIS) to the Oromia Communication Bureau.
The project handover and acceptance program was conducted in the presence of senior government officials, representatives from multiple regional sectors, media institutions, and invited stakeholders.
The OIIS platform was developed as a comprehensive digital transformation initiative aimed at modernizing institutional operations, strengthening smart governance, improving multilingual public communication, and enabling centralized digital workflow and information management from Kebele to Regional level.
The platform includes integrated modules and services for workflow automation, reporting and analytics, project management, digital library services, historical archive digitization, document and resource management, online public communication portals, digital publishing and reading services, integrated payment solutions, and digital tender management.
One of the major objectives of the system is to create a connected and modern digital governance infrastructure that improves transparency, operational efficiency, accessibility, and public service delivery across the Oromia Region.
The project was developed in alignment with Ethiopia’s Digital Ethiopia 2030 national transformation vision and supports the “One Region, One Voice” communication approach.
In addition, the system’s security architecture and operational standards were reviewed, security checked, and officially approved by the Information Network Security Administration (INSA), ensuring compliance with national cybersecurity and information security standards.
Oromia Communication Bureau officially accepted the project and expressed appreciation for the professionalism, innovation, and technical commitment demonstrated by Dallol Tech PLC throughout the development and implementation process.
